Order Processing Time: All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to track the progress of your package.

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any pair of Skeleton Optics Sunglasses or Skeleton Optics Gear for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund the product must be returned with its original packaging intact with tags in new condition, unworn, unused and without physical damage.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. All Skeleton Optics Products come with a one year manufacturer warranty covering defects. Skeleton Optics warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Skeleton Optics lenses by Carl Zeiss will void this warranty. All warranty exchanges must be made with your original sales receipt.
